I would like to introduce myself and Physiquestudio (The Terrace) Ltd as the new owners of what was Symmetry on The Terrace. This gym joins two others in the Physiquestudio family - Karori and Eastbourne (pictured left) - where we offer boutique facilities, a friendly environment, and individualised supervised training emphasising contemporary, functional exercise for living. Gym manager/trainer Gavin, trainers Mark and Vishal, and I all look forward to showing you our newly renovated and re-equipped premises and to discussing your exercise related goals and how our approach can help you reach them.
