I would like to introduce myself and Terrace Fitness Limited as the owners of Physiquestudio The Terrace. This gym joins two others in the Physiquestudio family - Karori and Eastbourne (pictured left) - where we offer boutique facilities, a friendly environment, and individualised supervised training emphasising contemporary, functional exercise for living. Gym manager/trainer Gavin, trainer Vishal, and I all look forward to showing you our new premises and to discussing your exercise related goals and how our approach can help you reach them.
